Director of Enterprise Sales
Gotransverse is seeking a Director of Enterprise Sales to join our fast-growing SaaS billing and Revenue Management solution on our sales team! You are an adept and energetic salesperson, capable of engaging in business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels of the organization, including the CFO, CTO and CIO. You have experience working with middle market and enterprise companies. You have an in-depth understanding of the buyer journey and can lead a complex enterprise SaaS sale in a highly consultative manner. You are used to building value in competitive situations and enjoy selling solutions that require deep product and business process understanding, combined with technical knowledge. You enjoy helping prospects quantify their investment decisions.
Responsibilities include:
- Prospect, forecast and close new enterprise SaaS billing solution opportunities within middle market and enterprise corporations.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to deliver maximum revenue potential and 100% quarterly and annual quota attainment.
- Successfully manage complex sale opportunities by orchestrating internal resources and leading online and onsite prospect meetings and presentations.
- Qualify opportunities within your assigned accounts or territory using the MEDDPICC framework.
- Develop compelling presentations, proposals and business cases for C-level meetings and discussions.
- Forecast opportunities accurately and provide daily updates in Hubspot.
- Lead and manage highly professional RFP proposal responses managing all necessary support resources.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close business as required.
Requirements snapshot (what you bring):
- 7+ years of sales experience and 5+ years of enterprise SaaS software sales, preferably with direct experience selling billing software, financial software, accounting/ERP applications, and/or CPQ/CRM solutions.
- Proven history of quota and revenue goal overachievement.
- Highly responsive communicator with excellent communication (written and oral), negotiation, presentation and solution selling skills.
- Must be a competitive and enthusiastic, self-motivated optimist with unwavering integrity.
- A proven track record of successfully selling to CFOs, CTOs, CIOs, CEOs and other Product and Finance executives.
- Proficiency in complex solution selling, value selling, partner selling and the challenger sale.
- An extensive corporate professional executive network.
- Ability to establish trust with teammates and supporting organizations.
- Ability to stay composed under pressure in a fast paced, busy environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Hubspot and Salesloft.
- Ability to travel between 30-40%
- Bachelor’s Degree. Finance/Accounting degree and/or MBA a plus
